True luxury doesn't start with an address. It starts with trust.

I began my career in real estate in Warsaw, but it was Dubai that allowed me to view this market from an entirely different perspective—including as an investor. That is how Gregorek Real Estate was born: a boutique brand built on conscious selection, personal commitment, and relationships founded on trust.

I am an investor myself, which is why I evaluate every property from the perspective of my own capital. I analyze the developer, the location, the quality of the project, and its long-term potential. It’s not about showing the client as many options as possible, but about choosing the right ones.

I personally support clients in selecting properties in the UAE and Oman, guiding them through the entire process—from the initial conversation and project selection to the final purchase.

Signing the SPA is not the end of our support.

For off-plan projects, we stay with you throughout the investment execution phase, facilitating communication with the developer and helping you prepare for the next stages of the process.

As the project nears completion, we provide organizational support to help you prepare for the handover — the inspection and transfer of the property.

COMPREHENSIVE PURCHASE PROCESS COORDINATION

From property selection to signing the SPA – a single point of contact.

We guide you through the process of purchasing property in Oman or the UAE, coordinating the reservation, communication with the developer, and all key formalities.

Once you have selected a unit, we coordinate the reservation via a Booking Form / Reservation Form, followed by the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the developer. The entire process can be completed remotely.
